Abstract

Refrakter altın cevherleri veya konsantreleri altının liç aşamasına uygun hale getirilmesi için kavurma, basınç altında oksidasyon ve bakteriyel oksidasyon gibi oksitleyici ön hazırlama işlemlerine ihtiyaç duyarlar. Çoğunlukla uygulanan diğer oksidasyon teknikleri ile karşılaştırıldığında, biyooksidasyon yöntemi ekonomik ve çevresel açıdan açık üstünlüğe sahiptir. Bu derlemede, biyooksidasyonun ana prensipleri anlatılmış, önemli mikroorganizmalar ve onların performanslarını etkileyen faktörler açıklanmıştır. Ayrıca ticari olarak uygulanan patentli biyooksidasyon teknolojileri ve dünya çapındaki ticari tesisler tanıtılmıştır

Using Biooxidation Method for the Pretreatment of Refractory Gold Ores/Concentrates

Abstract

Refractory gold ores or concentrates require an oxidation pre-treatment step such as roasting, pressure oxidation and bacterial oxidation to allow the contained gold to be amenable to the subsequent leaching step. When compared to other commonly applied oxidation techniques, biooxidation method has the obvious advantage of both economical and environmental points of view. In this review, the fundamental principles of biooxidation were described as well as an explanation of the important microorganisms and factors that affect their performance. For addition, the proprietary biooxidation technologies that have been commercially applied and commercial plants around the world were introduced
