Classified Reserve Estimation Of Coal Deposits According To Quality By New Computer Techniques

The development in computer technology and mining software has allowed to use some new techniques to produce more reliable and rapid methods of estimating raw material reserves and mining plans. In this paper, the techniques used by sophisticated mining software are briefly introduced. Then, Edirköy Lignite basin in Trakya is modelled using topographic, geologic and drilling data. This model is used to calculate the classified reserves in order to obtain the most benefit from the coal seams in terms of achieving end users requirements by employing selective mining

Bilgisayar teknolojisi ve madencilik paket programlarındaki gelişmeler bazı yeni tekniklerin kullanılarak daha doğru ve hızlı olarak rezervlerin hesaplanmasını ve maden planlamasını mümkün kılmıştır. Bu.makalede, çağdaş madencilik programları tarafından kullanılan teknikler ana hatları ile sunulmuştur. Daha sonra Trakya Bölgesinde bulunan Edirköy Linyit sahasına ait topografık, jeolojik ve sondaj verileri kullanılarak, sahanın jeolojik modeli elde edilmiş ve bu model son kullanıma uygun üretim için selektif madencilik yapmaya imkan verecek verilerin üretilmesini ve sınıflandırılmış rezervlerin hesaplanarak sahadan optimum şekilde yararlanılmasını sağlamıştır
