Determination of Optimum Selective Flotation Conditions for Koyulhisar Pb-Cu-Zn Ore

In this study, optimum flotation conditions for Koyulhisar Pb-Cu-Zn ore was determined. The most suitable conditions was fixed for Pb, Cu, and Zn in first, second and third stage, respectively and cleaning experiments were carried out for each mineral. Optimum rougher grades from the ore assaying 6,54% Pb, 1,45% Cu and 7,47% Zn, are 23,86% Pb, 12,92% Cu and 36,12% Zn. The recoveries of the rougher flotation are 90,33%, 79,30% and 90,42%, respectively. After cleaning steps, concentrates assaying 65,28% Pb, 26,23% Cu and 54,40% Zn were obtained with recoveries 59,60%, 60,42% and 77,92%, respectively
KOYULHİSAR Pb-Cu-Zn CEVHERİNİN SEÇİMLİ FLOTASYONLA ZENGİNLEŞTİRİLMESİNDE OPTİMUM KOŞULLARIN BELİRLENMESİ

Bu çalışmada, Sivas-Koyulhisar yöresine ait Pb-Cu-Zn cevherinin seçimli flotasyonla zenginleştirilmesinde optimum flotasyon koşullarının belirlenmesine çalışılmıştır. Seçimli flotasyonun ilk kademesinde Pb, ikinci kademesinde Cu ve üçüncü kademesinde ise Zn kaba konsantresi eldesinde en uygun flotasyon koşullan tesbit edilmiştir. Kazanılan kaba konsantrelerle daha sonra temizleme flotasyonları yapılmıştır. Koyulhisar Pb-Cu-Zn cevherinin %6,54 Pb, %1,45 Cu ve %7,47 Zn tenörlü olduğu tesbit edilmiş olup, bu cevherden seçimli flotasyonla kazanılan Pb, Cu ve Zn kaba konsantrelerinin tenor değerleri sırasıyla; %23,86 Pb, % 12,92 Cu ve %36,12 Zn, konsantre verim değerleri ise %90,33, %79,30 ve %90,42'dir. Kaba konsantrelerin temizleme flotasyonuna tabi tutulmasıyla elde edilen Pb, Cu ve Zn nihai konsantrelerinin tenor değerleri sırasıyla; %65,28 Pb, %26,23 Cu ve %54,40 Zn, konsantre verim değerleri ise %59,60, %60,42 ve %77,92'dir
