Kabul edilen bir yatırım projesinin uygulaması, projenin hazırlanması kadar önemlidir. Büyük kaynak harcanarak hazırlanan ve kabul edilen bir proje, zamanında tamamlanmalıdır. Bu yazıda, CPM ve PERT gibi proje planlama teknikleri ve madencilik projeleri ile başka çalışmalara uygulamaları ele alınmıştır. Ayrıca konuya ilişkin bir örnek verilmiştir. Bu tekniklerin büyük boyutlu projelerde uygulanmasının yararlarına ve madencilik projelerine uygulanmasının gerekliliğine değinilmiştir
Project Planning Techniques and Their Application on Mining Projects

Application of an accepted investment project is as important as to design. The project designed and accepted by spending great source must be completed on time. This paper deals with the investigation of the CPM and PERT project planning methods and their applicaton on the mining projects and on the other works. A simple example is also given about the subject. It is mentioned that these methods are very useful to manage the large size project and it is necessary to apply for all mining projects
