DÜŞEY KAYAÇ KESME SETİ İLE KOLLU GALERİ AÇMA MAKİNESİ PERFORMANS TAHMİNİ: BİR ÖRNEK UYGULAMA

Abstract

Kollu galeri açma makineleri madencilik ve tünelcilik sektöründe sıklıkla kullanılan kazı
makinelerindendir. Diğer kazı makineleri gibi, kazı yapılacak formasyona uygun olarak
seçilmeleri gerekmektedir. İlave olarak, formasyonda gerçekleştirecekleri kazı hızlarının proje
safhasında belirlenmesi gerekmektedir. Bu amaç için geliştirilen çeşitli yöntemler bulunmaktadır.
Bu yöntemlerden en temsili yöntem olarak kabul edileni kaya kesme deneyleridir. En kesin
yöntemler olmalarına rağmen, az sayıda araştırma merkezinde bulunmaları sebebiyle kullanımı
yaygınlaşamamaktadır. Bundan dolayı, halihazırda bulunan kaya kesme deneylerine alternatif
olabilecek yeni düzeneklere ihtiyaç vardır.
Bu amaçla, hemen hemen tüm kaya mekaniği laboratuvarlarında bulunan hidrolik eğilme
preslerine bir eklenti olarak geliştirilen taşınabilir ve seri üretime uygun bir deney düzeneği
olarak getirilen düşey kayaç kesme seti (DKKS) tanıtılmıştır. Çalışma kapsamında, çeşitli
magmatik kayaç numuneleri üzerinde konik keskiler ile etkileşimli ve etkileşimsiz kaya kesme
deneyleri gerçekleştirilmiştir ve DKKS ile tam boyutlu kesme deneylerinin gerçekleştirilebileceği
gösterilmiştir. Ardından, bir yeraltı soğuk hava deposunda çalışan bir kollu galeri açma
makinesinin kazı hızları DKKS’de yapılan kaya kesme deneyleri ile tahmin edilmeye çalışılmıştır.
Sonuç olarak, bu sahada çalışan makinenin net kazı hızı DKKS ile gerçeğe yakın olarak tahmin
edilmiştir.
