Bu çalışmada, Türkiye Taşkömürü Kurumu'nda (TTK) uygulanan kömür kazısı prim sistemine alternatif bir yaklaşım olarak yeni bir prim sistemi önerilmiştir. Yeni sistemde üretime etki eden faktörler değerlendirilerek kömür üretiminin artışı hedeflenmiş, havzada beş üretim müessesesinde aynı ölçütlerin kullanılması planlanmıştır.
