Öz
Considering the favorable results obtained on a Laboratory scale for Hot-Briquetting without binders of the two different kinds of lignites from the Seyitömer District, the same had been succesfully carried out on a half industrial scale. The process consist of : first, the low-Temperature-Distillation of the lignite, which has been grinded to a size of 0 - 5 mm., in a fluidized-Ben-Oven without any 02 in its gas content, and then Extrusion-Pressing of the semi-coke product at a temperature of 390 "C and with a capacity of 200 Kg. of fumeless-fuel per hour. • The fumeless - fuel quality briquettes produced are moisture and pressure resistant, and the net calorific value of the briquettes is 160 % of the Original lump lignite and 200 % of the Original lignite with a size consist of 0 - 100 mm.

Laboratuvar çapında elde edilen başarılı sonuçlar nazarı dikkate alınarak kurulan Pilot - Tesis'te; Seyitömer Bölgesi'ne ait 2 tip linyitin bir bağlayıcı ilâve edilmeden sıcak usulle biriketlenebileceği yan endüstriyel çapta da gerçekleştirilmiştir. 0 - 5 mm. tane iriliğine öğütülen ham linyitin Fluidized-bed-Oven'da ve 02 ihtiva etmeyen bir ortamda «düşük temparatür destilâsyonu» ve elde edilen 390 "C'taki semi kokun «Exter-Press'te preslenmesi» kademelerini kapsayan proses; Pilot - tesiste takriben 200 Kg/ saat kapasite ile dumansız yakıt evsafında biriketlerin istihsal edilebileceğini göstermiştir. Elde edilen suya ve baskıya dayanıklı, dumansız yakıt evsafında biriketlerin alt ısı değerleri Seyit Ömer parça linyiti kullanılması halinde orijinal kimür oranla % 60, 0-100 mm. kömürü kullanılması halinde % 100 artış göstermiştir.
